Like all killers, psycho psychiatrist Dr. Cross (Vincent Price) believes he can get away with murder. After doing away with his wife, Cross finds out that a patron in the hotel where he works, Janet Stewart (Anabel Shaw), saw the whole thing. She goes into shock and is found the next morning by her husband. She tries to convince him of what she saw, but to no avail. A doctor is summoned to treat her, and who should appear at the door? Why, the dastardly Dr. Cross, of course! Hoping to silence the only witness of his crime, Cross has fatal plans for Janet Stewart and there's no one to save her… (Echo Bridge Entertainment)

A movie which appears to be somewhere half way between film noir and a horror movie and which also present you with an interesting (understand bizarre) dream sequence. Shock will not shock you, but at least the delicious performance by Vince Price makes it worth it. Even though, expect to see a typical commonplace “Hitch-style" movie (in places very similar to a year older Spellbound), not so interesting for today’s viewer.
