Lockhart/Gardner paralegal Chrissy brings a sexual harassment suit against the firm that is filled with lies - and just enough truth - to make things uncomfortable. A firewall on the firm's system prevents the soon-to-be-departing fourth years from downloading files, but as partner, Alicia can get around it. Eli and Jackie Florrick butt heads over how much power Jackie has over Peter's office, both in politics and interior decorating. Diane and Kurt McVeigh face troubles in their relationship when they meet each other's friends; Diane is called back into Lockhart/Gardner to help defend the firm against Chrissy's accusations.
