Truth is, I have a total lack of motor skills, but apparently I'm mentally fine. However, I have the impression that the first episode of the eighth season is aimed more towards mentally less equipped viewers, because I couldn't find much logic in the storyline. Another possibility is that I misunderstood it all and Negan has an allergy to drafts, which Rick knows (presumably from Dwight), so he breaks all the windows to force him out of his stronghold. Naturally, motivational speeches and close-ups of Rick's face with bloodshot eyes couldn't be missing for the connoisseurs.
