It’s summer in the hood. As every year, there are those who stay, those who leave for vacation and those who have to work. Joe Hustleton works in the wealthy neighborhoods and falls in love with a girl; Tony Pepperoni has to spend the summer fleeing a gang and Sammy and Harvey have to pretend they left on a vacation.
