English I had the first approx. 13 episodes behind me and I was like, what the hell? I mean, it's supposed to promise action, not a weepy, whiny main character who was really annoying me with his "Tasukete!", and I wanted to grab the monitor and throw it out the window. Unfortunately, after the next 13 episodes, my dislike for him hadn't changed, but I soldiered on watching. Why? The 19th episode started promising action, something started happening, the guys even had a fight, and with an opponent who wasn't exactly weak league, except that in all it lasted 4 episodes and the already scary boredom set in again, episodes kept coming that were eventually worse than the filler in Shippuuden. But then someone promised me that action would come, that after the lengthy and sometimes really annoying character introductions, there would be something awesome, so I persevered. Looks like I did the right thing. After the 30th episode, it starts with some interesting training, which is definitely worth it, because there will be some very interesting fights, just finally some action, and Cuna, thank goodness, will stop screaming "Save me" so much, he won't cringe, cry, and whine so much, and he'll hone that technique, that skill, and he'll become a pretty cool dude. Well, I'm on episode 54 so far – I'll keep checking in :-) ~~~ Now I'm 20 episodes farther ahead and I have to say that after the battle for the 7 rings of Volgol, the lull has settled again, again such boring and tired episodes that you want to get it over with quickly, only to be interrupted out of nowhere – BOOM! And here comes the next action, and it's pretty bad ass. The boys take us to the future! And there... hey, check it out -_^ ~~ I discovered that actually all the characters are fine and easy to like, well, except for that five-year-old cow, really if he wasn't there, I would have breathed better... But other than that – in the future – quite a blast and the adult Hibari is just divine :-) ()
