The year is 2025. Tokyo has fallen, and the world cries out for a hero. It cries for Zebraman. I found it better than the first film, primarily because I think the visual aspect of this work suited me more overall. It's newer and it just looks better, and I found it funnier in places, but even this time I didn't feel like I was watching the Miike who can suck me in perfectly for some of his films.
