Upset by the recent election results, Robert Quarles demands that Sheriff Napier return the money he invested in Napier’s campaign. When Napier balks, Quarles demands that he at least identify a Crowder drug dealer he can rob. Quarles then robs and murders the dealers Napier fingered.
