Five Minarets in New York

The Terrorist (aka “Five Minarets in New York” and “Act of Vengeance”) is a 2010 Turkish-American action drama directed by Mahsun Kirmizigul. Two Turkish anti-terrorist agents are sent to New York City on a mission to find and bring back the dangerous leader of a radical Islamic organization. Working with the FBI and NYPD, the agents orchestrate the arrest of a well respected Muslim scholar and family man. Underlining America's paranoia with the Islamic world post 9/11, The Terrorist, asks the question of whether innocence or guilt even matters to one who lusts for vengeance. (Eagle Entertainment)
