SPIDERS centers on mutant spiders created by pieces of material from a disabled Soviet space station. The only difference between this and any other TV movie with animals is the decent technical aspect and the actors. Otherwise, it’s just the same old stuff that’s neither scary nor tense, and it’s not even fun due to its decent craftsmanship. The only moment I laughed was when the scientist meets face to face with its eight-legged giant creature and says with emotion “You’re so beautiful”. Other than that, it’s mostly boring. If only it didn’t take itself so seriously. 30 %
