English The pleasure is a bit “guilty”, but a pleasure nonetheless. Three trashy stories from the American backwaters that would love to be like Pulp Fiction, but lack Tarantino’s precision. BTW, Elijah Wood is doing his best to change the tag of “cute hobbit” for “perverted psychopath”, and quite successfully. ()

English The three stories linked via uninspiring junk from a pawn shop are all formidable. Personally, I like the second one about the lost wife. I liked how it turned out. And Matt Dillon just has the best wino voice ever. The junkie mayhem also has something to it and Paul Walker dominates it. Elvis is just a God-squad advertising stunt. Has some style, but maybe even pointless without the final link-up. ()
