Clouds of blather and one inauguration. When they will start pulling aces out of their sleeves, God knows, and when one indomitable journalist will take the plunge, nobody knows either. Soon, I hope, because this episode is very uneven.

After a weaker previous episode, the creators returned to their standard in the ninth part, so this time I definitely wasn't bored. Kevin Spacey's excellent performance during the inauguration of the president entertained me and I enjoyed the additional manipulation and intrigue. However, I'm already tired of watching the sexual life of the Underwoods because it's clearly a repetitive matter.
