A beautiful Czech film that shows that Czechs were truly capable of making great comedic and parodic movies, but seemed to have forgotten about it now. Martin Frič was an incredibly confident and self-assured director who excelled in both spoken and silent scenes. In addition, the film has excellent actors who are not afraid to overact. And the effect is perfect.
