Exists

At first glance, it looks pretty good – a horror film in which Bigfoot is a monster (there aren't many films like this), and it's all shot like found footage (which smacks of 2008's Cloverfield, for example). In the end, however, I found it unfortunately a bit bland. I guess I was expecting a bigger wow-effect, but unfortunately it didn't happen. The chases with the Yetti weren't bad, and neither was the look of the monster, but it was missing something. In short, a horror film that sticks somewhere below average, which is a shame, as the potential was there. (06/29/2016)

"Exists" is a classic found footage, which for me automatically means that it's a film that won't bring anything new to me, a film where the procedures will be repeated and where shots that I've seen so many times will also be repeated, and I simply don't want to see them anymore. Sánchez shows more of it, but even then it's not something that would completely stun the viewer. On the contrary, it's rather something that blends in with the abundance of similar films.
