Four lost souls – a disgraced TV presenter, a foul-mouthed teen, an isolated single mother and a solipsistic muso – decide to end their lives on the same night, New Year's Eve. When this disillusioned quartet of strangers meet unintentionally at the same suicide hotspot, a London high-rise with the well-earned nickname Topper's Tower, they mutually agree to call off their plans for six weeks, forming an unconventional, dysfunctional family, becoming media sensations as the Topper House Four and searching together for the reasons to keep on living. English Such a contemporary drama that has quite an interesting plot and oscillates between comedy and drama. Unfortunately, in this case, it got a bit muddled at times because there are silent moments and the ending doesn't quite fit. The beginning is good, but it gradually weakens. Thankfully, there are such interesting actors here. ()

English I wasn't really looking forward to this film, so I was quite surprised by how much I enjoyed it. I was very close to giving it four stars, but the inevitable monologues and dialogues at the end tried to play on my emotions in a disgusting way, so I ended up giving just three. The theme of the film toyed with a similar idea to El Club de los Suicidas, and the casting of Imogen Poots and Toni Collette was a great move. I'm all the more annoyed by the disappointing ending. "I'll give you a shout on the way down." ()

English How should I express the feelings I have to another person? That’s what the creator of this movie should ask himself. He is actually behind a movie that, in its essence, really isn’t bad. Aaron Paul, Imogen Poots, Pierce Brosnan, Rosamunde Pike, and Toni Collette portray their characters in such a way that you want to kiss them, so where is the problem? It’s probably mainly the fact that with no character do they fully explain where the rub is. They simply throw us to the roof of the skyscraper off which everyone wants to jump. And then suddenly a cut and a genius idea is born. But why? That’s the outcome I am having a lot of trouble understanding and it is possibly the biggest problem of this movie. ()
