In the sleepy town of Summerset a tale of witchery has been passed down through the generations. But when a seven year old girl is abducted during the night from her bedroom what was once old folklore is suddenly, for the locals, scarily real. When Zach, a rebellious teenager descends into the woods for cheap thrills he discovers a house occupied by a madwoman intent on consuming the local children to preserve her fading looks. Unfortunately for Zach, his younger siblings have followed him. Now trapped together they must find a way out before all three are never seen or heard from again. (Accent Film Entertainment)

"The Wicked" is another film for creators. There are ideas here, but in the end, it unfortunately comes across as if these people just wanted to shoot something and they didn't really care how it would ultimately look. I think it could have been approached in a more interesting way because the theme itself is not bad, but within the genre and within witch stories, it doesn't really stand out and just follows the established format.
