Atomic Age

Two suburban teenagers, Victor and Rainer, decide to take a train to Paris to enjoy a night in a club. However, they only meet with the rejection by girls and a street fight. Disappointed, they leave the city and wander into a forest where the moonlight and the night's atmosphere stir their desire. The film expresses the generational view on the suburban teenagers of today, wandering aimlessly through life. The atmosphere of feelings and impressions is enhanced by an inseparable musical element. The mid-length debut of the talented French director was awarded in Berlin, and received the Jean Vigo Award.
