English It was a shock, after the disappointing ninth episode, a fulfilling episode followed, which I enjoyed from beginning to end. The action scenes on the river were clearly successful, and I will pretend that I didn't notice the complete nonsense of the platforms that Ragnar's fleet was pushing in front of them, which obviously had no other meaning than to have a place to film a battle between a man and a woman. The Emperor's garottes pleased me, and surprisingly, I didn't mind the significant time jump. ()

English A mess on the Seine in Paris and then an even bigger mess with the script and the time jumps. The creators are really not afraid of moving the story forward several years in the wink of an eye as if it was nothing. In this case, it's extremely good, because it gives us the opportunity to actually see new characters (the almost grown-up sons of Ragnar) and their interesting personality traits, which will probably be the driving force of the whole series over time.
