Even if nothing else happened throughout the entire episode (and that was almost the case), Joe Caputo would have managed it all by himself in my opinion. His desperate and futile struggle against the denunciation movement MeToo (SomeoneRodeAgainstMyWill) strongly reminded me of Don Quixote and windmills.
