Frank and Eddie are two club-level drug dealers in LA who like to think they're big time. The problem is, the big time isn't exactly knocking on their door. Desperate to increase their business they rip off their middleman in a murderous bid for greatness, setting off a dangerous chain of events involving a ruthless crime boss, a dirty cop and the federal agent, who is chasing them all. I prefer it when the bigger action stars are in the leading role because you won't have much of that with Dolph in this film. But it's quite nice to see these guys on the side of the law as normal policemen or agents, moving around in the city. Suddenly, the action movie is slightly different. I'm not saying it's great, but it has a slightly different vibe. However, that vibe is somewhat overshadowed by the fairly nice visuals but an otherwise quite ordinary story. Tough guys who don't always fit in.
