This mini-documentary probably won't bring anything crucial, but it's very noticeable how these people relax with their mouths and "dance". Moreover, there's just something about the music, it's not just crazy gibberish, it has energy in it. This is probably the main thing that the documentary will bring to you, and that's enough.
