The character of Doug Judy has been annoying to me in the long term, and every time the creators put him in the game, my rating goes down. I really don't enjoy this guy. Not even Charles' mobile store or the commission member for selecting the commissioner could save the situation, so the only thing that managed to make me laugh was Hitchcock impersonation. // "Did you pray for them to capture the hostage?"
