Through a series of misunderstandings, Alvin, Simon and Theodore come to believe that Dave is going to propose to his new girlfriend in Miami...and dump them. They have three days to get to him and stop the proposal, saving themselves not only from losing Dave but possibly from gaining a terrible stepbrother. (20th Century Fox)

Out of sheer despair, I played this movie since there was nothing else on TV that I haven’t seen. And now I know that I never want to see Alvin again, ever. It was only because of him that I got up from the couch I’d been chilling on and started doing things such as washing the dishes, putting the washed dishes away, mopping the floor, dusting the place… and I had come home from work looking forward to the TV lulling me to unconsciousness. It did not and on top of that I went to bed pissed because I got over being tired and I couldn’t fall asleep. Damn you Alvin!

Alvin and the Chipmunks for the fourth time? Well, I was just looking forward to Jason Lee, who was actually there minimumly. It's all about... well, actually, it's still the same thing. The trio does something, it causes a mess, and in the end, everything is actually fine and everyone loves each other. I'm tired of this already. The music aspect doesn't work anymore either.
