A gristly string of copycat murders leads Detective Starks (Terrence Howard) to seek answers from incarcerated serial killer Henry Lee Bishop (Peter Fonda). As Starks tries to crack his steely demeanor, a teenage boy witnesses a college girl s desperate fight for survival on a twisted voyeur site, webcast from the same house where Bishop committed his murders years before.
