Simply a classic Sparks, or rather a film based on his work. It is well played, there are interesting characters that you root for, but towards the end, it simply falls apart because it just has to be dramatic, heart-wrenching, tear-jerking, because otherwise, it just doesn't work. The ending is simply an annoying construct that bothered me.
