There have been a lot of similar films lately. A young adult sci-fi that pulls you in, mainly because there are strong heroes, and possibly some nice romance as well. The film has that, but it's weak. The filmmakers attempted a more artistic approach instead of action, but I don't think it worked. It’s tedious and predictable.
