Three roommates, Manuel, Lia and Tania, are looking for their place within the Cuban society of today. They are connected by their sensuality and passion for intimate erotic games, which make the conditions of everyday life in Havana more pleasant. Enrique Alvarez's independent directing debut utilizes the possibilities of a hand-held camera moving in the enclosed space, in close proximity to the protagonists. His achievement is a claustrophobic study of these young people. People who shut themselves away from the surrounding world and their failures in a cramped apartment which serves not only as the location for intimate acts, but also as a refuge from the oppressive Cuban society.
