If only the film wasn't narrated so mysteriously the whole time, as if there is some great revelation waiting for you at the end, I would give it a much higher rating, but its inconsistency leaves me with no other option. The acting is good, but it needs to stop playing something that isn't actually there for the audience. (01/31/2015)

I found myself deeply connecting with the main character's emotions, even though our diagnoses may differ; we cripples just understand each other :-) Jennifer Aniston delivered a wonderful performance. Unlike many viewers, I was thoroughly entertained throughout the entire film, as much as I would be watching an action-packed movie. The creators managed to (quite surprisingly for me) avoid melodrama and accurately captured the essence of us cripples – we may lack many things, but our biting sarcasm and, for the luckier ones among us, cynicism, are always intact. / Lesson learned: Don't rely too much on pills; sometimes, a chat with a possum is all you need.
