Season 1 (2016) (S01)

English What a disappointment. I spent the last four episodes looking forward to the end. I was mostly bored except for the occasional good moment. I was increasingly searching in vain for logic and sense in the plot. I liked both of the previous seasons much better, the only thing I really liked was the lead actor, because Mike Colter really looked unstoppable. Too bad about the script. ()

Moment of Truth (2016) (S01E01)

English The first episode didn't convince me too much, Luke is still finding himself and I have the impression that it also applies to the script so far. I had enough time to think about other things besides just the series. So far, it hasn't held my full attention. ()

Who's Gonna Take the Weight? (2016) (S01E03)

English The third episode is also the first episode in which the boring parts disappeared. The plot is faster-paced and finally stopped stagnating, but when I saw how Luke dealt with a house full of shooters, I understand even less why he couldn't stop the shootout in the previous episode where there was only one shooter. I realize it was for the sake of the story, I'm just not sure if logic gaps are in the best interest of the story. ()

Step in the Arena (2016) (S01E04)

English The fourth episode kind of jumped back into the past, but at least we learn something. True, the theme is already a bit clichéd, an innocent hero, preferably a policeman, gets into prison where everyone is evil and even kills his friend, etc., but it still works. ()

Just to Get a Rep (2016) (S01E05)

English The fifth episode once again grounded the plot a little, returning to stagnation where there is too much unnecessary talk. It wouldn't bother me if Quentin Tarantino was writing the script, but I'm getting tired of the constant "Hey nigga!", "You, nigga!" ()

Manifest (2016) (S01E07)

English Hmmm, the seventh episode brings an already proven boring script that will explain to me that the main villain is actually a poor soul and almost a Mozart, and if it weren't for the bad influence of his family, he could have possibly become a president. I wipe away a tear and yawn deeply. ()

Blowin' Up the Spot (2016) (S01E08)

English I am still not satisfied, everyone who has ever seen a zombie movie knows that if you want to kill someone, you shoot them in the head. Twice. Moreover, the man who the killers were breaking bones and baseball bats just a moment ago is getting a beating like a straw man. I don't understand. ()

DWYCK (2016) (S01E09)

English The ninth episode bored me from the basement to the attic. It was clearly evident that the creators only had enough material for twelve episodes, but since there needs to be thirteen, we will make an episode that will be about nothing and we'll throw it somewhere, wherever it fits. For goodness sake, even the psychologist wasn't there as a main cast member! ()

Now You're Mine (2016) (S01E11)

English The fact is that screenwriters have at least a sense of humor. One wouldn't believe what a relaxing arterial bleeding it is. Just wait until you lose enough blood, then you'll be calm again. Well, nothing more, just endure two more episodes. ()

Soliloquy of Chaos (2016) (S01E12)

English The twelfth episode looked promising at first, but then things appeared that annoyed me so much that I couldn't rate it higher than two stars. One of these matters was the promo event of Method Man, the other was the final arrival of Magneto. Who will appear next? Snoop Dogg? ()

You Know My Steez (2016) (S01E13)

English Message received. Yes, I understood. There will be a second season, but why are they making the last episode of the first season just a teaser for the second season? I guess everyone decided they messed it up so much that the last episode won't save it, so they gave up on a proper conclusion. Amazing... ()
