Catherine Miller's performance in a well-known Paris theater, leads Alexandre Gordi, a fashionable writer, to give her a part in his next play. Flattered, Catherine moves into Gordi's villa, near Cannes, with her whole family in tow. Only Gordi's secretary, Jacques Merval, doesn't like it. (official distributor synopsis)
