E-Team

Human Rights Watch is one of the most internationally recognised organisations providing information about human rights violations. The most courageous group within the organisation is the Emergency Team, or E-TEAM, whose members travel to war zones in order to gather evidence of crimes committed against civilians, often at risk to their own lives. This stirring film, awarded at Sundance 2014, presents four members of the team performing their dangerous work in war-torn Syria and Libya. The film is a tense and detailed portrayal of these people's personal stories and their motivation to record the cruelties of war. (One World)
