Cruel Estate

Helén, a medical student and Jenő, an architect, are in love. Helén is pregnant and they have not got a flat. They sub-lease a room in Aunt Szerénas beautiful villa. After an early harmony the old woman starts to fear being poisoned. She decides to keep hens and eats hard-boiled eggs only. When she sees a slaughtered hen, she has to be taken to hospital. Jenő builds a bench, which causes Aunt Szerénas death just when their son is born. After the funeral they occupy the whole house. One day Aunt Szerénas twin-sister (or reincarnation?) turns up.
