Lake Placid vs. Anaconda

Lake Placid vs. Anaconda won't be saved by even an occasional somewhat decent joke, because this is a B-movie that doesn't take itself seriously. Even so, it's bad and at times so clichéd that it will drive you crazy. The actors maintain their standard and are tolerable, but the story is thin and lacks substance. Every now and then, though, a trick will work, like at the end. Nudity is not lacking, so ultimately it's weak mediocrity. (03/24/2016)
