English This was Anny Ondra in a color film for the first and last time! This was her third time in a star cameo and the second time in this role with her husband Max. Otherwise, it's quite an entertaining comedy set in the mountains about filmmakers, starring Liselotte Pulver. Liselotte's acting wasn't too great back then, but she did have plenty of natural sex appeal. Then-emerging writer Barbara Noack supplied the theme from her second novel of the same name, which gained such a steady readership and audience that a remake simply had to happen in 2007. In the new version, Liselotte naturally has a cameo. From the film, we also learn a lot about and appreciate the 1950s view of contemporary conditions in film production. The only bitter thing is the realization that at that time it was already clear that only actors such as Rudolf Platte or Sonja Ziemann had survived from the past. ()
