A fairy tale about the need for human happiness. The Fortune fairy is celebrating her birthday and decides to present humans with a pair of galoshes which make wishes come true. The galoshes change owners several times and each of the owners wish for different things. Only after seeing the unhappy fate of those presented with the magic shoes the fairy learns that happiness cannot be granted; it must be earned. (official distributor synopsis)
