The action never lets up in this thrill-a-minute Western melodrama that features one of Bob Steele's best starring performances. Steele portrays personable rancher Doug Redfern who gets on the wrong side of evil banker and oilman Harvey Meline (Karl Hackett). The action reaches its peak when Meline frames Redfern for a bank robbery and a murder he himself committed. With the help of government agent Lucky Gosden (Horace Murphy) and heroine Joan Blackman (Kathleen Murphy), Steele is able to clear his name and bring Meline to justice.
