When the FBI raids Triumph and Calvary just five days from A Day with Lady Mae, Grace calls in their new lawyer Elliot Garner. The Bishop and Jacob are being investigated on suspicion of bank fraud, theft, and embezzlement of church funds, having been set up by Rochelle. Grace fights with Darius about covering the story for his newspaper as Jacob and Kerissa try to find Tasha. When Jacob goes to meet Tasha, he's confronted by Basie Skanks instead. Bishop questions Rochelle, who plays naïve. Maxine presses Lady Mae to tell Grace the truth about her paternity, but Mae uses the FBI to deflect. When Lionel Jeffries dies, Mae buries the truth until Grace gets a visit from Aaron. Charity secures her mother's presentation for A Day with Lady Mae by charming the FBI agent who seized Mae's laptop. Sophia tells Zora that Isaiah was cheating on her. Connie Sykes wants Calvary to join Harmony & Hope Ministries' denomination of churches, which would remove power from the Greenleafs. (iTunes)
