English It’s apparent from some reviews and reactions The Manxman has fallen behind a bit. Not rightly so. The film is just overshadowed by the fact that it's "still silent," and yet it's a brilliant film with a certain plan and irresistible irony. Hitchcock is popular today and while we're at it, sometimes we even find that there's something to it. :) Exploring complete filmographies is thus a blessing. The Ring is a reward for such exploration. ()
