Theo dreams of one day becoming a great conqueror like his father, King Dietrich. An upcoming tournament is Theo's chance to prove he is not the weak little boy everyone thinks he is. But when he meets Laurin, a wise dwarf banished from the kingdom along with the rest of his people, Theo begins to suspect there may be worthier goals than conquest and triumph over others.
