Shy Laura is hired to work as a tutor, looking after two orphaned children who live on their uncle's coffee plantation run by housekeeper Geraldina. But after experiencing strange phenomena she begins to suspect the remote estate is haunted by hostile evil spirits. As she investigates the history of the building she discovers she has become the victim of a diabolical plot.
