Stake Land II failed as a sequel. It's not exactly poorly executed work, but where the creators put effort into the atmosphere and building interesting characters in the first Stake Land film, here they thought it was already halfway done, but it was far from it, and they underestimated building the atmosphere and simply relied on familiar characters. That didn't work this time and the film failed. It can't draw you in.
