Topper Returns

In this slapstick mystery-comedy, Roland Young is back as Cosmo Topper, a banker who picks up a couple of pretty hitchhikers, Gail Richards (Joan Blondell) and Ann Carrington (Carole Landis), and drops them off at a creepy, old mansion Ann has inherited. When Gail is murdered that night by a mysterious attacker whose intended victim was Ann, the spirit of Gail visits Topper and convinces him to help her identify the killer and to prevent the same fate from befalling her friend. Together the unlikely pair set out to uncover the villain's identity but wind up in plenty of crazy calamities and madcap mishaps along the way! (Echo Bridge Entertainment)
