English Nice grotesque, which with its short duration and a series of gags follows the pre-war American grotesque, but at the same time gives it a more civilian European face. The film was a dress rehearsal for the feature film "The Postal Doll is Riding" and it includes various sarcastic attacks on rationalization rituals of modern life - a favorite topic of Tati's. The motto of the film's postmen is: "With or without a letter, I exceed my limits." Overall impression: 65%. ()
