Schoolgirl Strikers is an anime series based on the social network game, so there is bound to be a ton of action and fighting. Plus, it is set in a girls' school, so there are going to be a lot of girls running around with the different characters wearing different costumes. Unfortunately, I could not find anything that would really catch my attention. The "Oburi" monsters are really not that scary, nor are they in any way impressively crafted. The fight scenes are hurried, although I could not feel their energy. Of course, once again, the girls are the outsiders because trying to get to the top is what we truly desire. The characters, as I mentioned, are quite varied, although there was not really one that appealed to me right away. The soundtrack was not very good, the opening and the ending were not impressive. I also need to mention the very restrained ecchi element; even the transformations are done so that you cannot see the characters naked. But even so, I just was not interested enough to get to the conclusion. Dropped after the third episode and 3.5/10. ()
