I found the American production Panic in Year Zero to be a great B-movie. It is just the kind of thing I enjoy watching. Plus, it is not just a mutant movie. There is a deeper, social commentary element which I liked a lot. In addition, even though Ray Millard is a little unnecessarily theatrical, he is one of those actors I enjoy watching as he carries you through the whole movie with his performance.
