At Tromaville High School, located a stone’s throw from the local Nuclear Power Plant, the students are getting brighter. In fact, they’re beginning to develop a Troma-green glow. This is a punk-ass production, but with obviously great enthusiasm for filmmaking and is thus a typical Troma riot. You will have to wait a long while for some of the monstrosities, for a while it's caught up in some typical high school high-jinks, however, in the end there is an action-packed sequence driving towards the finale, with its terrifying toxic mutant, whose appearance is quite good for such an ultra-low-budget movie. However, it still appears that with the first movie the producers were holding back on the really super bizarre ideas which absolutely hilarious sequel has.
