The film "Tromeo and Juliet" also introduced James Gunn to the film scene, although primarily as a screenwriter. It was precisely Troma that supported him in his beginnings, and he proved that he has a great imagination, which he later utilized in other films. However, "Tromeo and Juliet" was not a step aside; on the contrary, for the Troma studio, it is one of its best, most developed, and most original films, even though it is based on a classic play.
