When I found out in the pilot episode that it was a story about a hit man trying to break into the film industry, it immediately brought to mind Barry. I was worried it would be a similar premise with a different cast, but thankfully, those fears were unfounded. After the first encounter with Miles and the gang, it's clear to me that this won't be a masterpiece, but I found myself enjoying it quite a bit.
