In the sixties, Andy Warhol’s Factory was a meeting place for social outcasts, known as his mythical “superstars.” These extravagant people with eccentric personalities included travesties, drug addicts, prostitutes and poets, whose lives often revolved around amphetamines and were touched by tragedy. Subversion was the highest expression of their anti-establishment behavior. This film is a record of their lives thanks to interviews with some of the survivors. (Morelia International Film Festival)
