A minimalist prison and a very interesting squad of bounty hunters who are more than worthy competition for the Mandalorian, each of them completely different, plus more and more SW winks in the form of X-wings and hyperspace travel – the only thing missing are light sabres. A very good episode, atmospheric and with growing tension. ()
Definitely a funnier episode that the previous 2. It added exactly 0% to the story, but the fine action almost from start to finish won me over. I chuckled twice ("I was not a stormtrooper!", Baby Yoda's "Saving Private Ryan" moment), a couple of nostalgic interjections. But if this is how the last 2 episodes continue, by which I mean the absence of any progress in the story, I'll be disappointed with season 1 overall. ()
The sixth episode put the series back on track. There's a satisfying amount of action, with the unnecessary chatter kept to a minimum, allowing the plot to flow smoothly. Thankfully, the creators managed to steer clear of the complete nonsense that plagued the previous episodes. ()
