I gave the first episode a cautious three stars. The concept of gifted (or cursed) beings living among humans could be really intriguing, but I’m not sure if it’s not going to spiral into a weird romance. There were a lot of unnecessarily long eye-gazing, which made me nervous. Please, just don’t turn this into another Twilight saga, I’m begging you...
